No 485 LUD after 140 approval???

No 485 LUD after 140 approval???

Dear friends,

My I-140 (NIW) was approved and just received the approval notice. But I didn't notice any update on my 485, as well as my spouse's 485. If there is no update on 485, then how will they know my 140 has been approved? Should I call the service center to find out?

Did any of you guys notice any immediate LUD on 485 when the 140 got approved?

For those who are still waiting for I-140: I didn't see any LUD before my I-s40 approval. So don't be to worry if you haven't seen any LUD on your 140. It could get approal in one hit.

Congrats.. for I140
1- Until completion of FP, there will be no LUD on I485
2- There will be a LUD on I140 any time (Unknown/Internal Process)
3- If there is any problem with I485, there will be a LUD & meesage change.
4- Your next step will be FP.
5- You should not expect any LUD on I485 before FP.
6- I am monitoring my cases in the above scenarios

We have done FP before the I-140 approval. Actually, just one day before the I-140 approval, there is a LUD on I-485 said that "FP result has been received, and processing has been resumed".

But my question is: How will the offcer in charge of the I-485 know about the I-140 approval, if they don't "inform" and provide an update to the I-485?

Same with me. My I-140 approved a week ago, but there is no LUD on 485.
The last update on my and my spouse's 485 is, when the fps received (code 1- back in Nov), which is prior to 140 approval. And My daughters iometrics were done couple of days before the 140 approval and she had couple of LUDs on her 485, but no message update.

case details:
CSC- Concurrent - EB2
140/485 - Rd - 10/01/04, ND 10/06/2004
140 AD - 3/30/2005
LUD - 485 (me and spouse)- 1/13/2005 (No message change)
Lud - 485 (child) - 3/29/2005 -(After biometrics- No message change)

California dates for 485 are showing Oct 1, 2004, Can I expect my approval soon (PD - Jan 2002)? Did any body got approvals, who had similar dates...?
 
I149 approved

Hi guys - I'm the same. I140 approved this week, FP done in 1/05, but no change in 485 LUD. RD for the concurrent filing was 8/03, EB2 self petition. Not sure how long 485 will take. Any ideas?

I'll go for FP on 4/14/05, before that I am not expecting LUD on I485.
It is a integrated/linked system, A# is very important, A# on 140 & 485 is same. The derivatives 485 linked with principal applicant.
 
Exactly same here. My 140 was approved on 4/12. But no LUD changes on our 485 cases. We have already done the FP in Jan.

I have the same issue!!!! No LUD's after I-140 approval. I have completed my FP last year Oct'04. Guys anybody has any update please let me know.
