No 485 LUD after 140 approval???

No 485 LUD after 140 approval???

Dear friends,

My I-140 (NIW) was approved and just received the approval notice. But I didn't notice any update on my 485, as well as my spouse's 485. If there is no update on 485, then how will they know my 140 has been approved? Should I call the service center to find out?

Did any of you guys notice any immediate LUD on 485 when the 140 got approed?

concurent I-140 approved, but no lud on 485 or EAD??

i'm in same boat, however uscis has been pretty fast so far, so i cant complain too much but heres' my stats

concurrent 140, ead & 485, rd - dec 01, 04
rfe - i-140, jan 05, 05
fp - jan 11, 05
fp results recieved - feb 17, 05

lud, EAD - march 28 & 29 (no update)
AD, 140 - march 30, 05

however there's been no update on my I-485 or EAD ?? which is really surprising since EAD was looked upon twice without any changes after i sent back signature RFE and the next day, my I-140 was approved but no changes on either EAD or I-485, mine is concurrent filing - should i call them or give them another month to see if they do anything?

The new processing times was just released and i see they are processing oct, 04 cases but my dec 04, I-140 is been approved so i'm happy

No LUD Change

Hi,
I filed I-140/I-485 in Dec 2004. at VSC EB3/ PD Sep 2001

My I-140 was approved in Jan 2005. However there is no change in my LUD for I-485 even after my I-140 approval. There was change in my dependent's I-485 LUD however after our EAD approval.But the primary LUD has no change.

I havent got my finger printing also yet.

Any one with similar experiance pls update.

I'm in the same boat. EB2 NIW concurrent I140/485 filed Aug 2003 @VSC. FP 2/05. Just received I140 approval (phew!) but no word on I485. Any idea how long the 485 process will take?
