no 2nd fp please post details

FP expired. no action.

lawyer requested inquiry letter three times since end of august. zero response.

lawyer faxed a letter to the VSC office for response. nada.

lawyer is going to ask some of his contacts in INS for favors to see what's going on...

i am now waiting to hear from lawyer. talked to him this past monday. hopefully to hear something...before christmas...or is that being too optimistic...sigh.

Our Attorney enquired about 2nd FP and answer was when the officer is ready to process the case, they will send 2nd FP Notice.

Its almost fast 18 months fro my FP
Do I need to initiate second FP Call or it will automatically send when they start processing.

Should it not be auto generated rather than every individual calling uscis for 2nd FP.

My first FP was on june 15 2002.
Expired on sep 2003.
Made an enquiry with VSC 3 weeks before... no news:(

I am also waiting. My RD 01/14/2002 ND 01/25/2002. FP1 06/03/2002. From then no reply. Nothing.
