Friends, correct me if I am wrong.
When an RFE is issued close to the 1st FP expiration date, this means that case has been picked up, reviewed and everything is okay except for whatever is required for RFE. Then when RFE is sent back and is okay, case is approved. The checklist that had FP was already reviewed before and hence no need for 2nd FP.
In cases where RFE is given much before OR FP has expired long back, then this may not hold true.
I reached this conclusion because of a spate of RFEs to peple around their FP expirations but no 2nd FP after that (even after RFE has been replied to).
Some cases have been approved also.
This may be wishful thinking but seems logical.
