I read one of your message mentioned that you send a FP2 request to Neward Local Office and got the notice letter and interview.

I am just curious. If my case is not transferred to the local office, does I have chance to request an interview?

I don't know if it helps to write to vermont center. I sent the FP request to Newark local office and it helped. It may worth trying.
