Filing for another GC while one is already in process
I applied for GC in May 02, 2001 from New Jersey and the LC is not approved yet. Is it possible to find a company in Delaware(where the processing times are CURRENT) and file for GC from there with out changing my current H1-B visa? If possible what\'s the risk involved?
