Hi ,
Anyone who filed for Labor thru NJ? Heard that processing has started again & May 2001 cases are being processed now!!

Could someone who has May or June 2001 case please reply?

NJ DOL Processing timelines

If NJ DOL has started processing May 2001 cases, that is a Superb development.

Easwar ! Can you confirm the news. Where have you heard it from ?? Can anyone else on the forum confirm for NJ cases timeline.

If the May cases are being processed, then does it mean the rest of cases of 2001 will perhaps be processed faster ????

My PD was May 10, 2001. Still waiting. NJ DOL voice mail which is updated every 1st of the month says it is processing Apr 30, 2001. I am not sure if this news about May process started is true or not.

Call this no. for NJ SESA processing status : 609-984-3520

The recorded message says RIR applications recd. before
Apr 30 are being processed as of Sept 1st.
 
And it also says they are processing non-RIR applications received before April 19th.. This is going to take forever.
