Any idea when i can expect my labor to be done ?

when i see processing times it says DOL is still doing 9/01.
Buf my friend who filed in 4/02 is already go the labor. so what does this mean ??

Please help !!
 
u sure abt the date

Are you sure about the date your friends was filed. i.e. was it really filed on 4/02 (and not 01) and that he has received his labor.

I always keep checking and you are right, per DOL, they are processing September 01.

btw, One of my friend has filed on May 02, so if what you are saying is right, my friend should receive his labor soon. I will post an update.

btw, mine is filed even after yours, i.e. Jan 03
 
sorry guys i was on vacation. yes im damn sure he is a close friend of mine.

There is no precondition that dates will be strictly followed. It is just a guideline of LC processing and not a hard and fast rule. Had it been a hard and fast rule or there would have been an obligation to dates - one could pull SESA to court easily.

Stray cases has been approved even in past.
