i wanted to confirm that if one is already working in a HPSA area on J1 waiver , and files for NIW after 1-2 years , the 5year period for NIW is still counted from the time one begins the waiver job and not from the time one files NIW

I am ur neighbor friend yes BCIS counts 5 years from the day one converts H from J
