NIW update

Something might be useful to NIW guys.

Called my lawyer, and was told that he has one NIW case filed at 06/02 being approved. A big surprise is that one NIW case filed at 04/03 (yes, it's 04/03, not 04/02) is approved.

I hope you guys could present some info from your lawyer so that we have a better view on the progress. Thanks.

Still waiting for EB1-EA filed on July 5, 2002 (ND).

It is good to see some approved cases and little improvement. Any more approve? Please update. I am still waiting for my turn.

I was looking for NIW information and found this thread. I replied to one (NIW progress) but their also nobody cares to update. Is it true that there are very few NIW applicants or they are just too tired to write. These informations are the only ones which can keep up our hopes. Please try NIW's.

Your enthusiasm does not go unnoticed.

I think most people with NIW applications are pretty despondent at the rate of progress, and probably do not check on a regular basis.

There is some encouraging news though...it is reassuring to see that there are approvals for applications filed after 5.28.03, which is the date currently provided by BCIS.

Although BCIS says they are processing 5.28.02 I see someone (NIW) with ND Sept 5 2002 get approved. Atleast this gives me some hope.:D

I replied on Sept. 3, 2003, still waiting. Just to know how long it will take for approval.

Yes, I submitted my I-485 on Novermber 2002.

RFE rcd is 7/2/2003. The online message is still the same, but I got approval notice from lawyer.

No joy

No joy for NIW based on the last VSC processing times update.

Remains stuck at 05/28/02.

How frustrating...when I applied on 02/18/03, they were processing 04/01/02. Now, over seven months later, they've moved eight weeks.

At some point they will have to turn their attention to this category.
 
I am glad you guys keep this board active. Right now, I do not expect we can get news from the Vermont within 3 years. So, just do what you should do. Forget about immigration and USA. If somebody knows my case get approved, please wake me up. Thanks.
