NIW TSC - India PD June 2003 second FP done on 01/04/2006

Hi,
I am posting this to share that June 2003 NIW (India) is having some activity at TSC.

My friend's husband filed for NIW in June 2003. Her husband and two sons received GC in April 2005. My friend did not include her birth certificate in her 485 petition. In August 05, she got RFE for that. She sent her birth certificate in September 05. Now her youngest son (needed FP because of increase in age while adjustment was pending) and she completed her FP second time yesterday at Atlanta ASC. However their pictures were not taken. When they applied for GC at that time they submitted pictures as per old requirement.

Will my friend get GC directly or interviewed? Is this an indication that PD for NIW India is going to be current for June 2003 soon? Please comment .

Thanks for sharing the information. I am afraid but this does not indicate NIW PD would be 2003 anytime soon. Since the primary was approved in April 2005, when PD was current, the dependent also receives visa number around that time. Ufortunately, your friends case was delayed for some reason.

My friends and her son's I 485 was approved (dependent applicant NIW India June 2003 PD) on 01/06/2006, as per on line case status.
