NIW: Present Job...?

Although no job offer is necessary for the self-petitioned EB-2 NIW, is it advisable to mention about the current job if it is related to the national interest activity? If I mention about the present job, how to convince the INS that "pursuing labor certification would adversely affect the national interest?"

Any feedback from the personal experience?

Thank you.

Hi jigesh, It is me y-man,

Hi Jigesh,

I have a job, I have self petitioned. I did not submit ETA-750B, intentionally. In the RFE I was asked to fill out ETA-750B. Further, I have been asked (in RFE) to answer the question you are facing. I have sent my reply to RFE.

I did talk to IIO, my case will be decided in a week or so. I will let you know whether my argument works or not very soon!

I still owe you those contact info...

Thanks, y-man. Wish you success in your quest for NIW!

Can you write your ND, RFE date and the service center?
Don\'t forget to describe your case details after your petition is approved!
Thanks a lot, y-man.
