Still want to do NIW by myself. I plan to do LC as a basic application, and prepare NIW to enhance the chance. I only have a MS degree, and 1-3 publication/conference abstracts. I am working for a major pharmaceutical company (research department). I have heard people (MS without any publication)successful, and people (PhD, >10 top publications) got denied.
can we start to get together (for those NIW self-petitioner) to talk about the tips and strategies about preparing materials for NIW? What you think is important to put into the package?
My one immediate question: Should I submit I-140 for NIW before LC application? if that, how to explain in the second I-140 that you have submitted a different application before?
