NIW or labor certification

i am to start working in florida which comes under the texas center.so would LC be shorter duration then NIW there.is it true that with NIW after three years of waiver u can move to MUA and even have independent practice as a doctor but for LC have to continue with the same employer till the green card comes . can one apply for both

NIW is independant of your job. You must, however, be working in the discipline you were approved for.

LC is done through the Department of Labor. Once approved, you then go to the TSC for I-140. NIW is always faster. LC is an extra step. Yes, you can apply for both.
