If NVC has processed your case and sent it to consulate for IV interview, do you still have to have some sort of verification about the time served in HPSA. NVC did not bring it up.
Thanks

What is HPSA?

If in doubt for CP, just bring it.

If it is/was a legal requirement, then bring proof. The Packet IV's from the NVC are pretty generic and don't take into account special cases.

I completed CP with my EA EB-1. I was never asked for an employment letter in either my Packet III or IV, yet was asked at the interview. Luckily, I was prepared and brought one.
