NIW EB2 concurrent filing question

Could you answer a few questions for me. You all seem very helpful.

1: I will be filing NIW EB2 concurrently shortly (I am worldwide so not retrogressed YET). Do I send all of the forms (I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131) together in the same packet?

2: If so, do I include my husband's or does that go in a separate envelope?

3: Some of my publications have been cited many times (1st author total of 60; one co-author is 400). Do I need to send copies of all articles citing my work or just select ones?

4: Is the I-485 supplement A with the $1000 fee just if you have ever been out of status?

Thank you all, I hope I don't get retrogressed before I get this together.

1. Yes
2. Same envelope
3. I sent a copy of every one I could find. Sek\lect one might be fine, especially those you used to establish your credentials (i.e opherhound's work was cited in ...). I don't think it matters but you never know.
4. Yes.

what is this Supplement A? so there is forgiveness for folks who have been out of status sometime?

I believe so and I think the limit is 180 days but could not be sure on this. You might want to post this question as a new thread and someone more knowledgable can reply to you.
