NIW (EB1) Question

Hello there,

I\'d appreciate any suggestions/information from anyone on what are
the minimum qualifications to file in EB1 category. I\'d appreciate
any pointers or links which talks in detail about the required documentation and any relevant information.

Briefly, my status is that my company is unable to file via EB2/EB3
because, they are laying off lot of people and cannot realistically file for my labor. So, they are exploring to see if they can file in EB1 category. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in ECE from India, followed by 3years experience in a reputed Software technology company in India after which I
started at the current company for the last 2 years. My company considers me to be a very critical resource and may be willing to pursue the EB1 route.
