Could anyone make of a list of the documents he/she had for a NIW application? I look around at various sites and some said a petition letter + resume + other standard documents, but one site talked about the personal statement, I wonder do we really need a personal statement? I am in the process of preparing my NIW petition, and my attorney never mentioned about the PS.
Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Does Texas center stop its process on NIW, they are processing NIWs dated 7-18, it's the same date when I check a month ago. Kind of concerned.
