NIW Denial in VSC. Appeal help

My NIW was just denied in VSC based on 3rd prong. My lawyer told me that the appeal will not make any difference and he does not want to appeal. However, I think it is not harm to try and I decided to appeal myself.
Can anybody kindly share with me some experience such as appeal letters formate or template?

Sorry to hear that. But we are in same boat. I filed my appeal weeks ago. There is no fixed formate for appeal letter. It is depends on the specific reasons listed in the denial notice. Check out some of my old postings, also, recommend postings by "Compass" who just won the NIW appeal not long ago.

Just wondering whether you did the appeal by yourself or through your lawyer? What new document did you provide for your appeal? Do you have your appeal letter? Can you share some information of your appeal letter? Is there any cover letter needed?

My lawyer suggested us to file OR and we are preparing the OR fillign now. My lawyer told me the amount he will charge for the appeal. It is really a lot of money. And my laywer told me that it is definetely waste of money. That is the reason I want to appeal myself. So if you can share more information on your appeal letter, that will be very helpful.

I don't think I have the experience and qualification to give you a good advice on this. My lawyer refuse to appeal for me, not just money issue. So I have no choice but by myself. Other people appeal successfully through their lawyers.
I read some AAO decisions and write the letter. I put in some new evidence, such as citations, but who know it will be helpful or not. Just try it out for fun, not a great hope anyway... will see.

I am sorry to hear that. Can I ask when you filed your application. Waiver of LC these days in VSC really does not matter that much considering the slowing processing of NIW. VSC really sucks.

How is this going to help a denial? They are past the RFE stage.
