I have a LUD (no message change) on my I 140 that was approved in sept 2005 when I filed concurrent NIW/I485/EAD (India-TSC). I applied for 4th EAD last week. My NC was pending. I do not know that NC status now, but rules have changed for NC. EB2 PD for India now is April 1, 2004.
How long could it take to get my I 485 approved /decided? Any hope before September 30, 2008.
Is this LUD due to USCIS is queing in their computer the old I 485's applications to process.
