NIW case, change job is safe for 485 approval?
I have found this site is excellent.
My case is NIW, and 485 filed on Aug, 2002. I-140 approved on May, 2003. I got an job offer from other institute. I just found my case was transferred to Baltimore yesterday. Anybody knows how long it takes for Baltimore office to schedule an interview? Is it safe to take the new job? I saw you guys talked a lot about AC21, can NOW case use AC21? please help.

quick question

How do you find out if your case has been transferred to a separate processing centre. Do these USCIS operators tell you that. In my case they refused saying it is a confidential info
