My case is NIW, and 485 filed on Aug, 2002. I-140 approved on May, 2003. I got an job offer from other institute. I just found my case was transferred to Baltimore yesterday. Anybody knows how long it takes for Baltimore office to schedule an interview? Is it safe to take the new job? I saw you guys talked a lot about AC21, can NOW case use AC21 also? please help.
Also, I would like all of u know that congressman in maryland (7th district) really helps a lot. Last time, my EAD problem was resolved right after a call from his office.
