NIW approved in NSC?

I was surprised when I was checking the online case status. "The case has been approved". I think my I140 is approved.Am I correct?
It only took about a week or so after I sent my RFE in Jan 30th.

So now what should I do? I-485?

I thought they had previously said a written decision was mailed? Must have got it wrong...

I am also going to apply for NIW. In this regard I want to know: Do we need to send two copies of I-140 and supporting evidences ( as is done in the case of I-129) to INS?

No, you do not need to send two copies. But you should keep a exact copy for your own reference.
