HI folks,
After answering a tough RFE my nIW finally got approved in TSC in Nov 2007. I could not post it then as I had to immediately rush to India. Normally, I should be happy and overjoyed abt the approval, but looking at the visa bulletin, I think I will get grey hair before I see the green card! So gearing up for EB1. WHen I had posted my NIW RFE, many members of this forum suggested me to go for EB1. After consulting with a lawyer (suggested by Lakssh) I have decided to go for EB1 once I review some papers. Actively trying to get few review work. I would kike to thank CD4 help, Jer1st, Abhuda and many others who gave very useful tips to answer my RFE. Thanks guys!!

On another note, I used AP to reenter and the immigration officer asked only for my AP and nothing more. So far I am still on H1b, my unv officials have confirmed.

Congratulations! I know your publications are amazing and you surely deserve the approval. Good luck with the EB-1 petition. :)

Thanks Jerst1 and CD4 help.
Nightsman, I am in Immunology field. It will be awesome if you could give me some tips. I have reviewed two papers so far...one for Blood and one for JASN (Nephrology). ANother 3 journals have listed me as their reviewer, upon my request via email to the editor. I have written two review papers.
I recently got elected into the Clinical Immunology Society and Sigma Xi. But the lawyer feels claiming review work is the best way to go. I hope I get at least two more review work in the next 3 months before I spend some more money and time on this path.
I will be very grateful if you could give me some tips.
Thanks!

Letter

Congrats man. One quick suggestion. YOu might want to get letters from the editors of the journals stating that "reviewing of the manuscripts was not a part of your job profile and is beyond the scope of your daily duties". I did have an RFE asking if it was part of my job profile.:)
