NIW approved at VSC within one and half month!!

Hi, all,

First of all, I would like to thank all for your comments, suggestions, and help even I found this site after I filed my NIW case to VSC.

Here is the detailes about my case.

Mechanical & Aircraft Eng. background
I-140/I-485/EAD/AP Concurrent filing for both me and my wife.
EB2 (NIW) approved without RFE!
EAC-03-***-*****
RD 04-30-03
ND 06-26-03
EAD not arrived yet
AP not arrived yet.
No journal paper, only three conf. papers with poor
quality
Strong ref. letters (from gov., company, and univ.)
Good petition letter.
Company-sponsored,
Hired an attorney,
The special thing is that I have taken one year to prepare the case: try to have good writting, and high-level ref. letters.

Congratulations. Thanks for sharing this info. Even it is painful for people who is stuck, I am really happy for those who could get through quickly.

In Vermont are working VERY MENTALLY SICK PEOPLE.

I do not think that it is a miracle. They really have approved few EB1s and NIWs form 2003 fiscal year and many, many cases from other categories mailed in February, March of this year.

People on this forum are trying to find any logic in these fast approvals. But my personal opinion - it is simply a mess, random processing. Left hand does not know what right one is doing. Absurd.
