NIW Approved at TSC

My lawyer and me received approval notice for EB-2NIW without change in online case status !!
My EAD got approval on the same day ! and got FP code 3 ! .. what is code 3? Can any one give some hint?

No news for EB1A ! I received RFE few weeks back with all 10 criteria listed ... before they confirmed that they lost my supporting docs twice ... I Lost hope in EB1A ... MAY refile later !
I am happy that I can use EAD to change jobs !!

Congratlations Pana.

I have seen many people at trackitt who had received printed approvals without CRIS emails, and sometimes without even LUDs.

Regarding Code 3. It is a comprehensive Fingerprinting.

Code 1 - FP of ten fingers.

Code 2 - FP of index finger, digital photo and signature.

Code 3 - FP of ten fingers, FP of index finger, digital photo and signature.

I am so happy for you, pana, as we were in same boat before.

I am still waiting for any possible results on my NIW and EB1A. Have you done anything for your NIW case, like calling TSC for service request?

I was watching ur case as u submitted just 2-3 days before me. I hope ur EB1-EA will also be approved soon. Good Luck

Thanks gc_er ... Yes, we did send a service request for both .. Lawyer send one fax request for EB1A too about a month back ... nothing happened after that ... all of a sudden this approval without change in online status .. online status still showing case received and pending .. good luck to you. You will receive approval very soon for sure ..

Congrats pana! I do remember your struggle to locate the documents sent to TSC.

Glad to hear from you pana. I was wondering what happened to your EB1 case. Anyway now you have NIW approval. Congratulations. Hope your EB1 goes through as well. Even if it doesnt you will not be at a complete loss.
 
Thank you every one for the help i have received from this forum. My journey is over. I got welcome email yesterday and hopefully by next week i will have my pink card !

But I am not so happy as I am still single :p and screwed up myself ! was thinking to withdraw my EB1 but didn't . thanks anyway !
