NIW approved at NSC

After almost 9 month of wait finally got an approval.
I noticed i140 LUD on 02/20 in the morning without status change and than an email arrived about 12 hours later with the change of status.

I-140/I-485 Concurrent filing, NIW (NSC)
I-140 RD 05/25/06 LUD 07/29/06, AP 02/20/07
I-485 LUD 06/10/06
FP 06/10/06
 
I140. I heard somewhere that FP expires after 6 month and needs to be redone for i485. Do you know anything about that?

Congrats! My RD is only 5 days after yours and I have the same LUD as yours. Hopefully I will hear from them soon as well:) . To answer your question, I remeber FP is good for 18 months. Correct me if I am wrong.

whats happening.

My I-140 RD 05/20/06 LUD 07/29/06 NSC. Still no news. Dunno whats happening.
 
Concurrent filing

I thought Concurrent filing stopped in April 06. Can we still do Concurrent filing?
 
Indian nationals are not eligible to file the I-485 at this time unless their priority date is current.
