Guys, it is my turn to share the good news and interview experience!!! My case details: EB-2 NIW, RD/ND July/Aug. 99, case transferred to local INS after RFE in Oct. 00. In interview they checked briefly whether I am in the same field or not. That\'s it..... Good luck to everybody....

NIW Approved after the Interview

Apart from the "Yes" and "No" questions, they asked me for the current employment letter. After that they asked me to explain briefly what I do and how it is similar to the Original employment (I changed the job after filing for I-485). They also asked me what the current employer does! Another question was about my H-1, how many times I renewed it (I did once and after that started working with EAD)! They asked about my wife\'s employment, basically to check whether she started working after getting the EAD. They also asked about the current address and we did move after applying for I-485. After my answer\'s they concluded that I am in the SAME field and stamped both of our passports.
For all those folks, self or employer petitioned, working for the petitoner or working for somebody else: If you are in the SAME field that got you the NIW, Please don\'t worry!!! You will be absolutely fine, RFE or Interview.........
