NIW Any approvals for May 2002

I140 April 2002 NIW still pending

I asked lawyer to call, and tried myself for the 1800 number. Two officer had two different answer, one just read through the web page said, another one asked me to send a letter for address change. My laywer can not get throgh the 802# will try again.:rolleyes:

I spoke to IO 4 times in last 4 months. 4 months ago, answer was your I-140 is in wrong spot under EB1, where as it should be under NIW, she made the correction and told me to wait for 8 week. after 2 weeks, reply was your application was send to department? wait for 6 weeks. after 10 weeeks, reply was Pending. after 6 weeks, reply was pending.

To whom you trust?.
 
You are true. Those guy never tell you the truth. But this the only way we can get some information from, some thing is than nothing even you know it's wrong sometime, Can you please tell me how long take you to get through the 802#? Thanks.
 
It takes 10-15 MINTS. You should be redialing continously, as soon as some line is free you get it through, use optio to talk to IO.
