I filed an i140 myself under NIW. I have just recieved the rfe and it is complex. Any suggestions (I think me getting a lawyer is one..) will be helpful. Does anyone have an opinion as to whether this is good or bad news and if I am doomed and I therefore not waste money on a lawyer;
This is what it said:
RFE: (paraphrasing)
Guidance for adjudication of NIW outlines the passing of all 3 parts of a three part test:
1) field must have substantial merit
2) work must ne national in scope
3) the petitioner must establish that the national interest of the US would be adversely effected if labour certification were required for the benificiary.
Your petion meets requirements 1 and 2. please submit additional evidence for number 3.
Please help me guys, this board has helped me alot, and feel free to tell me if you think this is a delayed denial. Cheers,
