NIW 140 & 485 denied

Dear Friends..
my 140 and 485 denied..
notice issued on Jan 11th, recieved on 14 or 15th.
niw case, denial says third prong(Labor issue) not satisfied..
had begun journey in 2002, got fooled by first employer,had no way and later began the niw preparation which took almost 12 months..
Field: Environmental & earth sciences using information systems.
had referral letters from univ and one fed agency regarding the project with which i worked, and uscis particularly mentioned that it was just a project to which i am assigned..no hope in appeal. But, just with a Prayer to GOD would appeal..

Can I ask which center? Is it VSC?

My NIW was also denied (CSC) (I did not file I-485), my lawyer filed appeal and it was approved.

I also denied today

This is my first post.
My NIW has been denied by VSC today. My lawyer told me.
Because I expected my denial, I sent the additional materials
to VSC, but it was no use. Lawyer says we can file a motion to reopen/reconsider. My question is
1)Can I file a motion to reopen and another NIW application concurrently? They denied my application of 2 years ago, but
I have much more evidence for NIW right now.
2)Also, lawyer says my wife who has a EAD from my NIW, can not work anymore officially, but she can do it for 6 months because of no penalty.
What do you think them?

Thanks for your encouraging words and inspiration to appeal. i am trying it, since the lawyers say it's not of any/much use. please would you kindly brief about how to address the third prong labour waiver? thank you very much in advance.
