very unfortunate. do not know what further mischief the republicans will come up with in the next year. I fervently hope that the Democrats will at least win one house of Congress next year.
 
Well republicans are fooling themselves and also the american public. True illegal aliens have been a problem in this country, mostly from mexico. However something needs to be done similar to what Europe did with the introduction of European Union. Before that, immigrants from poor countries such as poland and romania used to sneak across the richer countries like germany and worked illegaly.

So what did Europeans do? They made it that they could work easily in europe. U.S should do something as they had started to work on...NAFTA or something like that. Make it easier for these immigrants to do jobs no one else wants to do...thats it.

I am 100 percent sure that 9/10 of the mexicans would love to work in U .S but also be able to live in mexico.

Also the bill has to remove lottery system. Lottery system was the only system in the world that allowed immigrants who never thought of...to immigrate to the United States. Its sad that these republicans wish to remove it. REason? "Terrorists can gain entry using Lottery." Well they should wake up and then block any students to enter U.S because thats more easier than the lottery in my opinion.

These politicans have no sense as to realities and how to deal with them. They need to take care of the immigrants in line first. Improve USCIS handling of cases, and then introduce legislation that allows illegals to work legally.

Any legislation which says Ok you can work for 6 years but have to leave after then..is a pipe dream. You really think someone will come forward and say Ok send me back home in 6 years??

Its just SAD how the attacks have made this country into immigrant haters.
