Like most people using AC21 and being anxious about it, a colleague called to ask whether its safe to jobs. My lawyer had said that its okay to do it after 180 days if a person is NIW case and going to a job that has similar goals. well, technically a job offer is not even required.
This overcautious guy then sent an email to another lawyer (who has a famous website). The lawyer replied that if petition is sponsored by employer then one should not change the place for 180 days otherwise one can change the job.
Nothing new but atleast confirms the fact and also allays the fears of NIWers that changing jobs is okay and conditions are similar to other EB categories. People might want to confirm this fact from their lawyers, if they want to.
