News for all RFE Nov 2001 cases

I asked my lawyer to call NCSC to inquire abt my case and here is what she said to me. INS is processing September 2001 RFE cases (remember only RFE) and asked my lawyer to contact after couple of months. Now I can see my approval probably in Nov '04

Do you think, this could be true?

That's not true

My friends with RFE were approved from a year ago till now. But not me. I think it is pure luck. INS can always bullshit.

did you tried for status enquiry or get information thru local congressman.? I think it may help.

Yeps, I faxed my details to local senator here and they will be following my case and let me know. I dunno when?????

mine was Mar'02 case, got a rfe in dec'03, replied on jan , was approved 15 days after rfe recvd. totally random I believe..

may you have to follow up with Senators office every week or as per your /their time frame.
