News!!!! dont think my case got approved :mad:

My friends case is EB3 and filed concorently on May 2003 at texas center just told me that his 140 and 1485 got approved together.......and my case is in Nebraska and my attorney told me to hybernate for a year...my case is also same date....this is not fair ....dont get me wrong I am happy for him but thats not fair....anybody has same news or its just he is supper lucky?
 
Dont raise your voice because your friend got approved and yours is same ND.
There are several thousand cases applied before both you and your friends.

They have pilot programs going on thru which 140 and 485 are being adjucated together. Ur friend got lucky! Like others said - do not get mad, there are quite a few waiting since several months/yrs before ur ND.

Dude, Either you have a serious attitute problem or you don't know how to communicate. :mad:
 
I don't believe kanadia was showing any attitue neither was he being offensive. He is just fustrated like all of us and he was venting it out.

Although these forums are mainly for information sharing, lot of people come here and post their fear, anger and fustration and expect consuling, that is why I like these forums, so let us not judge kanadia or anyone else for that matter. I think I myself will reach my threashold pretty soon and will vent out my fustration.

The only thing I can say Kanadia is suck it up and move on. There is nothing you can do so suck it up.
 
I don't see anything wrong with Kanadian.
He has informed us one of the case and
showed frustrations.

Most of the threads here are generarted coz of frustration then the knowledge based threads.
