news about NY DOL

yes verant we have to be just be patient and hope everything will be going good for us...
common NYDOL wakeup and od our processing we are waiting since 2 and half years....
 
i am new to this forum..i saw this is the good and fresh news for NY DOL..
i also applied my GC from NY in aug last week of 2001...can you tell any one please what is the current status of NY labor...

is there any excel sheet is there so thati can update my info...

i think it will be slow this christmas season..everyone will be in holiday mood and no one cares for us...
ooh man..when this april 2001 goes out and when they'll give ok fr our labor???

some people are getting labor cleared from NY..they applied in june last week of 2001
its posted in another thread...
i dont know more details about that....

did anyone got labor cleared recently , can you please let us know with all the details os that we can know that soemthing is going ..for us in NY DOL...
 
my attorneys told me that dont think about NY DOL labor ..
just wait for 1 year from now...

as per my attoneys my case was filed in sometime aug 2001...
we have to wait and see ...
