Hi,
I am planning to apply for TN and in coversation with couple of employers.
I see that there are experienced people/advisors on this forum that I hope can help me with below questions.

(1) I hold a 2 year Master's degree in Computer Science from USA and have a 4 year Bachelors in Engineering.
I am planning to apply under computer system analyst occupation.
Does having a 2 years Masters suffice the requirement or there should be atleast 4years study in related field ?
(2) I am requesting the employer to file a Petition and provide me with that. Do they ask for Originals for TN letter and petition or just the printed copies are enough ?
(3) I am on H1b earlier in USA and will that have any effect on obtaining TN ?
(4) Once I am ready with everything, If I go to the Land Border and comeback with I-94 after approval and later take a flight, will that be ok or Should it all be one time deal?
(5) Can my spouse file for TD later based on my TN once I settle down or should that all be at the same time ?

(1) It should be fine, but employment letters with 4 years accounted for would seal the deal, but shouldn't be required.
(2) What "petition" are you talking about? The employer provides a TN lewtter -- that is all
(3) None
(4) That should be fine
(5) She can get it later

On #2, what I meant by petition is filing for obtaining I797 kind of document (similar to what I used to get for H1B)
 
Do not file an I-129 (which can only be done by mail) if your intend to go to the border. Just go to the border.
