Hi,
Pls bear with me. I am new to your bulletin board but I find many instances of users helping newbies here. I see many mention of AVM. What is AVM and what is it tracking? How can I contact them? My attorney filed for my I-485 in December thru Vermont. But I have no idea how to check or even what to ask. Thanks for bearing with me.

AVM is automated voice message - you can dial 802-527-4913 for VSC and check your case status by entering the EAC number on your 485 receipt. better to try after 6 pm.
