done today. Total process took about 2 hours. They asked for all EAD's and AP's although they're not listed on the approval notice. Fortunately I brought all of them based on some suggestions from this site. Went with the courtesy copy. Also they say the actual card could take 6-8 months, maybe even up to 1 year to arrive. Is this true?
Anyway, Good luck to everyone.

no picture ID asked from me. They did confirm with me that the address on the approval notice is the address that I want the actual card to be mailed. Hope it helps.
