Does anyone know how long Newark INS is taking to schedule interviews?

My case was transferred on Nov. 12 2002 and I'm still waiting for interview letter.

Although most of the people get interview in 3-4 weeks.

My case was transferred on December 4 and I got the interview on January 9.
