Hello - Me and my wife had travelled recently to India, due to a death in our family. Both of our Green card is in process and we have now travelled to India on advance parole (I-131 valid until Oct 2006). My wife is pregnant and due to some complexity, doctor has advised to have the baby delivered in India. Baby due date is end of June 2006.
With this situation, if baby is born in India, will the baby be allowed at the US port of entry, when we come back by July/Aug 2006. I read the following from a web portal (refer below)... does the same apply for people, who have travelled on I-131 advance parole..
Your input would be much helpful.
