Newark - ASC -- Biometrics

Can some one share their experiances with Newark ASC recently..

Is it walkable from Newark Penn station?How much time?
When we need to arrive there if the appointment is at 3:00
Do they allow to go family to gether for Biometrics even though appointment dates are different?
Is there any walkins allowed?
Is only USCIS letter, passport,DL are enough?
Any other docs to be taken?
Please share your experiances..

1-walkable (Time 8 to 15 minutes) from Newark Penn station to ASC .
2-if you can make 5 to 15 minutes earlier to appointment 3:00 would be better.
3-+ve >family together may be, don't have experience
4-USCIS letter and passport are enough
