Guys,
I need some help. I applied for my LC in June 2002 (EB3/RIR). So far I have not heard anything from the lawyer or anyone regarding that and I took everything lightly assumed it will okay. Now I think its time for me to be more active.

Does it make any sense for me to apply for GC again in perm in March 2005 for faster process? When I first applied in June 2002, I had 4 years of experience. Now that I have 5 years of experience, do you guys recommend going PERM route on EB2?

Please help.
