New Work Visa Renewals

You bet, but Just wanted to inform our forum that Indians are consuming 50% of visa revalidations in US, so most of our folks would get affected because of the change in regulation.

Want GC Soon :)

so why don't they hire indians on GC, this way we will not eat there 50% quota and they can do whatever they wanna do with those visas.... :D :D :D :D :p :p

Hi! Guys: If we don't want the visa stamp, we still can renew our H1B and stay in US after July 6, right? By the way, what's the visa stamp for? Thanks for your answer in advance. IC

Yes you can renew it(transfer/extension) and stay in USA.
Visa stamp is only for entry in USA - I-94 is one which tells for how long!

I think we will have to take transit visa for certain countries if we have only renewed visa but no stamp.
Like US, even for those country, you are traveling without visa.I remember Germany/UK needs transit visa. Not sure about other countries!
