I140 single or concurrent

Have you sumbitted I1485 together with I140? I have a RD 08/12/02. Still No information.

I'm an electrical/computer engineer, you are a physician. Our fields are very different from each other, I'm sure different standards apply when they evaluate your case and mine.

Based on what you have posted in the other thread, your qualifications seem to satisfy sufficient number of requirements that BCIS seeks for EB12 applicants. You should definitely consult a lawyer to verify if you should apply as a EB1. I am assuming you will eventually use a lawyer to prepare and file your petition. I work for a large corporation and our company has contracted (as do many others) all its immigration work to a large legal firm. There are many lawyers you can consult with for a reasonable initial fee.
