New VSC 485 Tracking List and Questions

Hi, I am currently maintaining the VSC 485 Tracking List.

But I have several questions want to ask you guys, please help, thanks in advance!:

1. If the approved I140 filed by a company via a lawyer, do we still need the company to file the I485 like
our I-140 OR just DO IT BY SELF via the lawyer. My understanding is we can do it with the employment
letter from same company. Is this correct?

How do you think? guys.

2. The G28 form will be signed by the company or ourselves when file 485? I think we can sign it because
it is different from I-140 petetion. Is it right?

3. Medical Eaxm REPORT has to be going together with the I485 OR can be submited later? any difference?

4. If everything is under the regulations of INS, the I485 will 100% sured to be approved sooner or later, OR, just like I-140,
still drafting in the winds.

For some of your questions:

G-28 form: need to be signed by a lawyer who represents you.
Medicals: can be submitted later. No problem.
I-485 approval: don\'t count on it until you get the approval. I-140 will be re-examined during I-485.

For other question, I don\'t know.
