Hi everyone,

I've been reading this forum for a while and it has great info. I just wanted to share the timeline I've had so far applying for adjustment of status by marrying a USC. I was here in the US as F-1.

01/02/06 - RD I-130 and I-485
01/12/06 - ND I-130 and I-485
01/17/06 - Applied and RD I-765 (I already had an A# then)
01/27/06 - FP I-765
01/31/06 - letter requesting for evidence I-864 (I made a mistake and used our main home as an asset, but I prepared another I-864 all over again on the next day and I think it's all good now)
02/13/06 - I-485 Status online changed from receipt not found to: "On February 13, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 120 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
02/23/06 - FP I-485

My local office is Cincinnati.

hi everyone, thanks for sharing your timelines too. And I wanted to say congratulations to "my melody" I can't belive you had your interview and all, that is great how fast they went! I thought Los Angeles would take forever, I guess I was wrong.
And I just realized I was planning on traveling on vacation late May, so I will have to apply for Advance Parole fast, right? BTW, does anyone know what this means: On a separate sheet(s) of paper, please explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstances warrant issuance of advance parole. Include copies of any documents you wish considered.
That is on Part 7 of form I-131 should I just write on a separate sheet that I have pending I485 and I-130 and attach a copy of both Notice of Action?

Any ideas?

Thanks
