What is going on guys, with the dates ?

I remember, in 2001 the 485 date never changed. It showed January of 1998 for the entire year or so but, the approvals used to flow at a good steady rate. Now, they have changed the game they either advance or retard the date but don't move the rate of approvals at all. The previous rule of game was better ....
