I called the judiciary commitee around 12 pm today to check the
schedule for immigration reform bill . but the person told me it was
already taken in the morning and the bill is passed .
and next step is senate .is that mean all the bullets under harmond law
firm news is passed ?

allow the additional recapture of unused immigrant visa numbers

eliminate spouses and children from the overall limit of employment-
based visas

recapture of unused H-1(b) visa numbers

allow individuals to apply for adjustment of status even if their
priority date is not "current".

I just called the Senate Judiciary

They said the immigration reform bill was passed 13/3 today.
THe next step is that it'll be voted on in the Senate, it'll be a few weeks before they even schedule it. Typically it would take about 2 months to be heard before the Senate.. And then if it gets passed it'll right away either be or not to be the LAW :)

But this is great news!!!! TEMPORARILY!!
