Actually I have the inside scoop as usual.

This card is different. Way different. Its not rectangular and flat.

Its about six inches long and rolled in to a tight cylindrical shape.
Like you know how you roll a flat news paper in to a tight roll.

Just can't understand why this special shape. I wonder what they
are upto.

This is perhaps to have a constant reminder of our status as virtual prisoners at the mercy of the USCIS.
